Chuwi history

 Chuwi is a Chinese manufacturer of consumer electronics, mostly known for its range of affordable tablets and laptops. Chuwi was founded in 2004, originally as a laptop parts supplier. After several years, the company started to produce its brands of consumer electronics, with a focus on affordable tablets and laptops.

In 2013, Chuwi released its first Android tablet called the V88, which was the company's first successful product. The V88 was a 7-inch tablet running on Android 4.1 Jellybean operating system and had a quad-core processor. Following the success of this product, Chuwi released several more tablets with similar features and specifications.

In 2015, Chuwi turned its attention to laptops, releasing its first device, the Chuwi LapBook. The LapBook was a 14-inch Windows 10 laptop that offered a combination of features and affordability that was rare at the time. In addition, Chuwi also make a mini PC named Herobox, which also uses the Intel N4100 microprocessor.

In 2021, Chuwi continues to innovate and release new products, with a strong focus on laptops, tablets, 2-in-1 devices, and mini pcs. Today, Chuwi is known for producing affordable and high-quality consumer electronics that compete with established brands. With its soaring popularity and growing product range, Chuwi continues to expand its market presence and remain competitive in the global electronics market.
