How to Schedule Posts on Instagram
Here's how you can schedule posts on Instagram:
Log into your Instagram account on a computer or mobile device.

Instead of immediately posting it to your feed, click "Advanced Settings" or "Advanced Options."
Under Advanced Settings, you'll see the option to "Schedule Post."
Toggle the "Schedule Post" switch to turn it on.
Select the date and time you want to post. You can schedule a post up to 6 months in advance.
Review your scheduled post and make sure the caption, hashtags, and other details are correct for your planned post time.
Click "Schedule" to save the post to be published at the time you selected.
Your scheduled Instagram post will now appear in your "Pending" section until it goes live at the scheduled time and date.
You can preview, edit or delete scheduled posts from your Pending section before they actually go live.
Once a scheduled post publishes, it will disappear from your Pending section and appear in your main feed at the top.
