Huawei has now introduced the P60 Pro globally, just over a month after presenting the smartphone alongside the P60 and P60 Art in its home market. To recap, Huawei bases the P60 Pro on the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 4G chipset, which contains a single ARM Cortex-X2 CPU core clocked at 3.2 GHz, three Cortex-A710 cores running at 2.75 GHz and four Cortex-A510 CPU cores restricted to 2 GHz. Huawei complements the powerful chipset with a 4,815 mAh battery that supports 88 W SuperCharge wired charging, plus 50 W wired and 7.5 W reverse wireless charging.Weiterlesen Chuwi hipad max
For reference, the P60 Pro should reach 50% charge in 10 minutes via its wired charging option; Huawei has not disclosed wireless charging times. Additionally, the 161 x 74.5 x 8.3 mm device has a 6.67-inch OLED display that operates at 2,700 x 1,200 pixels with a 120 Hz variable refresh rate. Moreover, the P60 Pro has 48 MP primary and telephoto cameras, as well as 13 MP ultra-wide-angle and front-facing cameras. According to Huawei, both 48 MP sensors are optically stabilised, although only the primary camera features a variable aperture. Meanwhile, the telephoto camera delivers 3.5x optical zoom.
The P60 Pro starts with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, which Huawei offers in Black and Rococo Peal colourways. Alternatively, the handset is available with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage but only in its Black finish. While pre-orders open today, retailers will not begin offering units until May 22. Huawei states that the P60 Pro retails for €1,199 with 256 GB of storage and €1,399 if you opt for the 512 GB version. Huawei will offer a €100 discount off the latter and a complimentary Watch GT 3 smartwatch with orders placed before June 5, though. Please see Huawei's website for more details.
