 Mobvoi is preparing to release the TicWatch Pro 5. However, the company's Wear OS 3 update remains unreleased. Previously, Mobvoi customer service representatives offered conflicting advice about the state of Wear OS 3 availability. In short, it seemed that Wear OS 3 would not arrive for the TicWatch E3 or the TicWatch Pro 3 series until Q3 2023.

Now, the company has publicly commented on the situation by publishing the statement on its global Twitter account. Embedded below, the statement features a brief apology and an assurance that its three smartwatches will eventually receive Wear OS 3. Unfortunately, it has not committed itself to a date by which it will deliver the OS update.
