我觉得佛给的建议就是最好的了，不淫心，不杀心，不盗心，不大妄语（妄言成圣成贤）。戒除：贪嗔痴慢疑。
一切都要从心的调整开始，心的世界可以很美好，可以很可怕，从天堂到无间地狱都是心造作导致的。所以，世界上的一切万物，都可以通过心的修为来改变。心好，命就好。
但是有一个问题，就是其他生命的心，很可能会对我们的心造成影响。这种情况下，心如同摇曳的扁舟，在与其他生命互动的时候，就如同在战栗的大海里行驶，一不注意就会被海浪击翻。所以我们也需要外力来保驾护航，才不至于触礁或者被击沉。所以念佛、念经是很好的，如同一种保护膜，可以对外部的贪嗔痴的巨浪起到保护作用。
