我个人的感觉：
要看这个人做什么实事，而不是说什么话。
跟这个人交往的时候，要感受他的能量场，跟人说话烦恼多，说明也许他的业力大；烦恼少，或者甚至自己的烦恼会减少，说明业力小，乃至有清理他人业力的能力。
看这个人价值观是什么，是否相信因果，不相信因果的人一般都不是好人，因为不相信因果的人作恶可以没有底线，也不会有什么行善的动力。
可以使用地藏菩萨占察法门，准确性高，但自己的心态需要调整好。
