How to Fix “Unlock iPhone to Use Accessories”
Technically, this message is not a problem that requires fixing but some users may find it annoying as it tends to appear every time when an iPhone is connected to a USB accessory or Mac/PC. So, some users might want to resolve the message so it doesn’t appear frequently. Fortunately, resolving this message is pretty easy as all you need to do is unlock your iPhone and use your passcode while the USB accessory is still connected to your iPhone. Once you unlock your iPhone and provide the passcode, the message will disappear and the connected USB device or USB accessory will be allowed to communicate with your iPhone as intended.
Follow these instructions:
Step 1: On your iPhone, launch the Settings app.
Step 2: Go to “Touch ID & Passcode” (or “Face ID & Passcode").
Step 3: Now find and tap on the “USB Accessories” option and then toggle it ON. This will disable the mechanism that triggers the USB accessories unlock message. Once disabled, you won’t see the “USB Accessories” message again when connecting a USB device/accessory to your iPhone.

1. You should keep in mind that disabling this mechanism can lead to theoretical security risks since it will then allow USB devices to connect and communicate with your iPhone without being unlocked.
