上山后，曹德旺问仙公:“将工厂迁至宏路好不好。”烧香求得一签。
签语说:“一生勤奋好学，练就十八般武艺，今日潮来忙解缆，东西南北任君行。”
什么意思呢? 有了上一次小道士解签不对的经验，曹德旺拿到签就直接去找老和尚。
“这个签没有直接告诉您好还是不好，但非常明确地告诉您时运到了。”老和尚说，“您尽可以随心所欲，想做就做。您看”，老和尚翻开签书，招招手让我过去。“今天签的意思在这里: 您从小苦练，
到现在，已经拥有了十八般的武艺，您大展身手的时候到了。从现在起，下论您去哪儿做什么，您都能去都能做。”
合上签书，“您的运气到了，今天从我这里出去后，您再也不要到这里来求问想做什么事了。”老和尚强调说:“不要问我。”
曹德旺相信了九仙公的劝导，从那以后，不再上山去问投资办厂的事儿。但遇上朋友有不解的事儿，他还是会经常带朋友上山，同时也奉上一炷香，以表敬意。
